In-floor heating systems
Forced air pushes heat to the ceiling, then it slowly descends. Your head gets warm while your feet stay cold. Radiant floor heating reverses this—warmth rises from the floor itself, keeping the temperature even from ankle to eye level. No blowing air, no dust circulation, no noise. Just comfortable heat where you actually feel it.
We install both hydronic (water-based) and electric radiant systems. Hydronic works best for whole-home heating, circulating warm water through PEX tubing embedded in or under your floor. Electric mats suit single rooms like bathrooms and entryways. Both options work under tile, stone, engineered wood, and luxury vinyl—we coordinate with your flooring installation for proper sequencing.
Chicago's cold tile floors become warm surfaces you want to walk on barefoot. Basement slabs lose their chill. Bathrooms feel spa-like on January mornings. We handle the complete installation: tubing layout, manifold placement, boiler connections for hydronic systems, and thermostat programming. The system disappears under your floor—you just feel the warmth.
