Ductless Mini-Split Solutions
Some spaces just can't connect to your existing HVAC. The garage conversion. The attic bedroom. The sunroom addition. Running ductwork isn't practical, and window units are loud and inefficient. Mini-splits solve this—dedicated heating and cooling without tearing open walls to install ducts.
We install single-zone and multi-zone mini-split systems from Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, and Daikin. A small outdoor compressor connects to wall-mounted indoor units through a 3-inch hole—that's it. Each indoor unit has its own thermostat, so the converted space stays comfortable without affecting the rest of your home's HVAC balance.
Chicago winters test any heating system. We install cold-climate mini-splits rated to -13°F that maintain full heating capacity when standard units struggle. Proper sizing, correct refrigerant charge, and weatherproof line set routing ensure reliable performance through every season. The result: whisper-quiet comfort in spaces you thought couldn't be conditioned.
