Every privacy screen, shade structure, railing system, and outdoor kitchen cabinet needs custom fabrication to fit the specific conditions of your Chicago rooftop—standard products simply won't work.
Our fabrication facility handles steel, aluminum, stainless, Ipe, cedar, thermally-modified woods, and marine-grade materials. Components are cut, welded, bent, and assembled to precise dimensions before reaching the jobsite. Railings arrive ready to bolt in place. Privacy screens fit their openings exactly. Outdoor kitchen frames support countertops without shimming. When fabrication happens under our control, installation becomes assembly rather than on-site adaptation.
