Wood Grain Warmth in Old Town

A shared roof deck required a complete transformation for residents to congregate or host private gatherings. We used woodgrain porcelain tile and Mexican pebble to designate different areas throughout.

A steel pergola anchors one corner, providing coverage over lounge furniture, and a full roof adds protection to the dual grill station. Custom planters line the perimeter.

The furniture and seating captures the stunning skyline, best enjoyed at night with the low voltage lighting placed throughout.
