White Brick Garage Deck

Upon purchasing the home, the client jumped at the chance to enhance the outdoor spaces. We first began working on the ground level rear yard, implementing an outdoor kitchen, dining and lounge area – complete with synthetic turf for the young kids to enjoy.

Next, the focus fell on the garage deck. Our client needed a space that the entire family could enjoy. They wanted a space to relax and gather throughout the warmer months. Once complete, the built-in grill counter on the patio allows our clients to grill without going downstairs, while a custom appliance counter in the back provides storage for an extra refrigerator, a television, and a synthetic turf play area for the kids.

The synthetic turf provides a soft surface for kiddie pools and toys, while the adults can enjoy lounging under an operable louver shade structure with a powder-coated aluminum frame.
