Retractable Shade with Privacy

A retractable shade structure has become one of the most requested new items by our clients as of late. And looking at this recently completed Garage Roof Deck project in Lake View, you can see why! With the ability to go from full sun to full shade in seconds, the space doubles its potential.

In addition to the retractable umbrella, we also constructed a very custom privacy wall. Using ipe slats and glass panels, we created a more contemporary and finished look.
