River North Penthouse Rooftop

This rooftop deck, which sits atop one of Chicago's most luxurious high-rise towers, offers three separate outdoor spaces, all with breathtaking views of the city's skyline. The design maximizes every square foot of this premium real estate.

On the South end of the space, we built a custom concrete fire-pit with a beautiful wood striped detail running through the fire-pit. A custom communal dining table is made of steel, ipe, and concrete, surrounded by ipe wall cladding.

On the North end is a putting green with synthetic turf as well as a planter filled with low birch branches running the length of the windows. This natural screening adds privacy while maintaining the spectacular views.
