Lively Lincoln Park Rooftop Lounge

This 4th floor penthouse rooftop only supported a simple platform of synthetic decking when CRDG was brought into the project. The transformation created a luxury outdoor living space perfect for entertaining.

Covering the parapet wall was a key design goal. The silver roofing material visible from inside the home was concealed with low-maintenance hardie board and stone veneer cladding, dramatically improving the aesthetic.

The space now features an outdoor TV for game-day gatherings, an oversized fire pit for cool Chicago evenings, premium appliances for outdoor cooking, and a complete cafe light and low-voltage lighting system for evening ambiance.
