Heavenly Hot Tub Hideaway

What's the point of having beautiful rooftop skyline views if no one can see them? For this transformation, we developed a third-floor condo roof into a stunning three-season space, complete with a built-in hot tub and tempered glass railing system to frame the spectacular skyline views. Approached with 1,700 SF of potential, we worked to elegantly maximize client budget for 800 SF, incorporating low-maintenance materials with clean lines, changes in elevation and dramatic lighting to coordinate existing architecture with the client's vision.
