With the interior renovation recently completed the client turned their attention to the outdoor space and engaged the CRDG Team for an aggressive exterior renovation to better suit their family's needs.

The project included a complete demolition and redesign of the backyard, side yard, and two-car garage into an entertaining space featuring an oversized lounge area with outdoor TV and an impressive fireplace.

The garage was redesigned, permitted, and rebuilt with Chicago common brick to blend seamlessly with the existing structure.
