- 1 1/2 cups honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 4 center-cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Marinate chops for 2+ hours, grill at medium-high heat for 20-25 minutes with frequent basting, targeting 145°F internal temperature.

- 12 hamburger buns
- 7-8 pound pork butt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup apple juice

Directions
Rub meat, smoke at 275°F for 6-8 hours until 160°F, foil-wrap with apple juice, continue cooking 2-3 hours to 195°F, rest 30 minutes, shred and serve.
